This bill would allow an appointment of a representative of the region’s disabled commuter population to serve on each RTA’s advisory board.

An Act Relative to Disabled Persons' Rights of Passage
This bill would require Regional Transit Authorities to include in their annual report to the legislature a special section dedicated to transportation needs of the class of physically disabled commuters who are not otherwise served by a council on aging or other youth related transportation services.
